The Last Time app offers a straightforward method for logging recent activities, such as household chores, outings, or habits. Entries are organized into categories—for example, 'House chores' may include an entry like 'Last time I cleaned the bathtub.'

The Home tab presents a list of these entries. From the top left corner, users can sort the list alphabetically by title or category, either ascending or descending. A search bar facilitates locating specific entries within the list.

Selecting an item from the list navigates to a detailed view displaying its information. If a photo is attached, tapping on it allows for zooming in and out. The top right corner features an Edit button (represented by a pencil icon); tapping it enables editing of the entry’s date, details, and photo. If the Back navigation button is used without saving, changes will be discarded. To change the photo, tapping on it opens a modal menu offering options to choose from the device's library or access the camera to capture a new image. Saving edits is accomplished by tapping the checkmark icon in the top right corner.

The middle tab, marked with a plus symbol, allows users to add new entries. An initial form requires a title and category. Additional fields include date (pre-selected to today’s date), detailed notes, and an optional photo—either taken with the camera or selected from the library. To add a photo, tapping the Photo button brings up a modal menu with options for library or camera access.

Categories can be assigned by tapping 'Category,' where users can select an existing category or add a new one by tapping 'Add new category,' entering a name, and confirming with 'Done.' Initially, no categories are available; they must be created before assignment.

Once all fields are completed satisfactorily, tapping 'Done' in the top right corner of the form saves the entry to the device's local storage.

The Settings view provides information about the application, including links to the Privacy Policy, options for biometric login, theme color scheme preferences, and version details of the app.
